Ingredients:
20g of peeled roasted hazelnuts;
300g sugar veil;
90gr margarine;
2 tablespoons wildflower honey;
30g dark chocolate (melted);
30g cocoa;
500g flour 00;
1 egg;
40g of fresh milk;
70g butter (for baking);
granulated sugar;
a sachet of baking powder;
a pinch of salt.

Preparation of:
Blend hazelnuts along with 3 tablespoons granulated sugar until creamy. Keep aside the hazelnut paste thus obtained and begin to work in the margarine with icing sugar (reserving 30 grams for the frosting) until the mixture is creamy and soft. Mix the two compounds to add the egg yolk (which lands by the whites to make the frosting), honey, milk, melted chocolate, cocoa and a pinch of salt and flour for the last leave yeast. After you add the flour and baking powder work the mixture with your hands quickly. The mixture must be completely blended, then knead well with your fingertips. Roll out the dough at least 3 mm high. Cut helping the biscuits with a cup of coffee.

Notes: Toppo If the mixture is soft, you can work immediately (in the end they are biscuits, it would be normal), take the dough, wrap in plastic wrap and put it to rest in the refrigerator until it solidifies enough to allow processing.

Prepare frosting:
For the frosting whip egg whites with 30 g of sugar. So, either the brush or, if you have time, do the typical designs with a starlet on each biscotto.Spolverizzate grains of sugar caster.

Cooking:
Arrange the biscuits on a baking sheet greased and floured. Now you just need to bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Notes: If you do not want cookies in there is the usual patina of white flour you can use cocoa for "flour" the pan with butter so you will not brown on brown.

Enjoy and let me know if you like!
